Due to poor network I just ported from idea to airtel network in the month of july. Now airtel is even worse than idea. A person from letria marketing delivered the 4g hotspot device and sim. He told he will mail the receipt by end of the day. However, sim did not get activated and they don't pick calls also. I have seeing airtel's secure service reviews, and i'm hell afraid about whether they gonna serve me well or not, since it's been 4 days that i uploaded required documents for getting claim but company hasn't contacted me yet. Since my s8 screen has been shattered, i can't use it and can't wait much, and after reading reviews i'm not sure how can i trust them by giving them my phone for 10-15 days, when i know that screen repair or exchange...

I paid my airtel broadband bill yesterday at 6.30pm.
But still unable get either conformation msg of receiving the bill or activation of my airtel broadband, after calling many times in customer support they provide this email id to...

My account settings were changed without any notice. This has happened many times and airtel has no way to escalate the case.

There is no one who listens to customer complaints. The policies are worst.
I have sent an email many times and they always activate incorrect list of channels and my issue is not resolved even after calling customer care senior executive.

We should take this company to consumer...

From the last few months, the call quality on airtel has reached new depths. Most of the times i am unable to hear what the other person is saying. I am a student and i call my parents daily. I can't hear what they say clearly because half of their words are just muted. And it is just impossible to make sense of what they are saying because only a few words reach me.
