I am a post paid customer bearing no [protected]. That there is frequent network issue in our locality. I have complaint many times regarding the same but it seems you are not taking the matter seriously.

My airtel sim is of kolkata circle. It shows no network signal when i am in pune. Although customer care and airtel stores assure sim is ok and sim slot is ok, there is no network signal while roaming in pune. Restarting the phone or searching the network does not help. My no.
