Both times, it shows successful but balance not reflecting in airtel app.
Also during outgoing call, I am informed about outgoing service being deactivated and needs recharge to activate again.

I have disconnected my Airtel broadband connection on October 2021 and have cleared my account. But still in receiving bills. Called 121 and informed about this and they said that they don't have any old records because they have changed their software. Loss of signal 2 3 times a month nd they are charging for that day also so itz disgusting. They dont respond to my complaint also...
