N rainy season it's very bad service from Airtel DTH ..when it becomes cloudy in sky Airtel loose it's signal and it's showing no signal..and it's continue for two three hrs even it's not raining outside and when we call customer care they say we will raise the complaint and engineer will visit but you need to pay visiting charges..the question is if their Airtel home channel works properly then why other channels not and why every visit...

There is an airtel junction box in front of our house for the last 15 years. Every day there will be people to do some repair and i have beared the difficulty. Now i am altering the house and the junction box is blocking the two wheeler entry into the house. I spoke to the people who come to work in the box and they told it will be removed. Every time they tell that it will be removed, they have not removed it yet.

After selling the sim and device to me and getting my money, airtel store assured that the device would work by that evening, july 1st 2017. Charge of rs. 150 being charged for 500 mb for 7 months. When i raised a complaint with sasikumar 2 weeks before i was promised a callback within 72 hours for calculating the amount of waiver. No call was received and when i called today and explained the details again, prem, so called floor manager said he can arrange for 3 month waiver only (Rs. 500). Cmmon there are about tons of fans addicted to animax... Its time airtel should reconsider about the channel#plz bring back animax... I have been using airtel 4g hotspot from the past 2 years.

Recently, i noticed that there was no 4g network connectivity in my area. Using 3g is also hopeless, as it drops way too often.

I contacted the nearby airtel express centre and they say that they are also facing the same issue, promised to resolve within a week. And it has been a month, they still say the same "dialogue".

I requested to port cell phone number from airtel chennai to airtel cochin without any change in number. I got this request completed in july 1st. But on july 1st i had done a recharge for 749 rupees to get 84 gb internet balance for 28 days, before cellphone number porting occurred.

I use airtel from long time but now i think i hve to go for vodafone bcz airtel your 4g network is soooool bad you give only 500 kbps and vodafone gives 1.5 and 1.8 Mbps speed of 4g

I just have opted for Bharti Airtel services because of its good and strengthen network. But there is no range in my hometown area mentioned in my billing address as network signals are very weak. Normally there is no network as only 1 tower bar appears which is not for all time. Most of the calls are dropped out and mobile is range shows NO SERVICE most of the time.I have raised request in this regards but no solutions.
