I have added money before 6 days but money not added in my airtel payment bank account with transaction id xxxxxxxx has failed but money deducted in my bookmyshow wallet account.

I was offered a plan of 1000 local+std minutes (With conference and maharashtra roaming), 1 gb 4g data and 300 (National + local sms) by airtel executive by the name of ms. Last sunday my phone was lost and therfore i asked my local airtel retailer to apply for retaing my old number. After that when i contacted the customer care of airtel, they said that my number is registered in someone's else name.

I am a customer since 2003 and i am sure the sim is in my name. I think they misplaced their data records which is their major fault.

Hi, my airmen number is +91 [protected]. I'm using airtel for about 7 years. Few months back my basic traffic automatically changed to 100praise/60second. I'm completely disappointed. I call customer care many time to change my traffic to normal second paise but i didn't get any help form your side.

Hi, yesterday i bought a sim for upgrading my sim card and they said to upgrde in 24 hours and till now i have not got my 9gb data for upgrading my sim card into 4gb. Till now the time has passed from 24 hours and i dont know the sim is upgraded or not but i have not got my 9gb as upgrding my sim card into 4g. So i request to you to upgrade my sim if it is upgraded thrn leave but please send my 9gb data....

I had request to change my postpaid number to prepaid number on 9.5.17 with all dues. but after month my number not change. Then I had go Airtel gallery on 8.6.17 to asked about my complaint.they told me Ur request fail. No satisfied answer given me. I request solve my problem otherwise close my number.....

This is to inform you that i got a bill today 13-JUN-2017 for disconnected broadband connection bearing number [protected], which i stopped using after proper disconnection with reference number 81522686. Kindly rectify your mistake. Or else i have to go to consumer court.

I am using airtel, in my area i'm facing network coverage issues from past 14 days, i raised a complaint on 1 june 2017, but till now there is no resolution to this issue.in these 11 days i contacted customer care people for multiple times and as well as appellate team 2 times. My broadband connection has not been working for the past ten days. Despite calling them every single day, there has been no response to this and the issue remains unresolved. All i heard were empty promises and till date no technician has even visited my premises to rectify the problem. I am constantly calling your company for new broadband, dongle connection. But your sales team has negative legacy of never reply me. Plz if you do not want to sale your product then try to inform your valuable customers. If your service is not able for few areas then it is your duty to tell about that to your valuable customers.
