I got my airtel id and mpin. My number is [protected]. Please sent me a details to naveenrichard39. [protected]@gmail.com.
I am already call to customer cares. But, we are not give a proper solution. Then i go to airtel store. He, is also not give a proper solution. After i will try to regenerate mpin in my airtel application, i give a correct detail. But, that's not taken. So, please help me....

Rentals of the tower

Have stopped receiving the rentals from last 12-13 months and no reverts from the contacts we have with us at thekkady. Had experienced the same 2.5 years back too but then when mailed we had received the reverts and was cleared all the dues till date and for next 1 year we were getting it regularly.
Either airtel should come and close this agreement or should pay the rent regularly....

INternational roaming for thailand not not activated

HELLO,
I've Got my number [protected] recharged for 1199/- and 99 more were deducted ..on 18th may 2017 but not being activated since last night ..transaction. Reference #[protected] ...kindly resolved it at earliest

Problem to connecting 4g network

I purchased Samsung smart TV almost a year ago which had the privilege of Airtel dth hd connection free for two months. However, the Airtel dth didn't function properly and I had to repeatedly complain; nobody in Airtel really bothered.

This plan for 70 days calls and 1GB per day data plan. Yesterday (17/05/2017) onwards calls are not going out. When I discuss with customer care executive he said Rs 399 is only for 28 day not for 70 days. This is completely cheating the customer. Whom to contact...

Unethical balance deduction and unprofessional customer care

I recharged for 600 into main balance then tried to activate the 549 offer through *121*1# and choosing the offer, I got a message offer will be activated and the 549 was deducted from my main balance on 11/05/2017.
I called customer care and lodged a complaint - ref no CBNRV[protected], update was supposed to be provided by 16th. I did not receive any feedback.

Called up the customer care again on 17th - ref no CBNRD[protected]....
