I am using airtel 4g from past few months. speed of airtel 4g is falling rapidly these days. Some time it falls down to 10-15 kbps while downloading big files. This speed is worst then the speed which i used to get in 2008 when i first started to use internet. I recharged my prepaid number with 399Rs pack on April 14th 2017 where I am suppose to get unlimited local and std calls plus 1gb 4G data per day for 70 days. But internet has stopped working. Airtel is saying my phone is not 4g but the phone I have is Samsung E7 which supports 4G. Airtel customer service ppl say that its doesnt support but people from social media FB support says its a 4G phone. These people are not sure that their level....

Surrender of connection

Respected Sir,
This is to inform you, that I would like to surrender my post-paid connection as i am fadeup by the undue charges.
This phone belongs to my wife who uses simple phone. her charges for this month is more than 3000 due to automatic activation of plenty of value added services.

From the month of March 2017 it is seen that even after rechaging Rs.451 under plan, maximum time shows EDGE and not capable to use the net programme properly. What is going on, i don't know. When i call to No.[protected] says this no does not exist. i feel Airtel is honest in service as promised for. Please, do the needful, it's very urgent. The same problem is facing still and i can't check my balance to be used....

Due to personal reasons I was not able to use my airtel number ([protected]) for the past 6 months. When i tried reaching the number, it says the number does not exists. I understand the number is not allocated to anyone yet, so I kindly request you to reallocate the number to me.

Please let me know the procedure and additional documents required to get this done.

I repeatedly launched a complaint about my internet service problem. I'm in the middle of booking tickets when the internet stops working & complaining going through the customer care after that is a task they put you on hold for 20/30mins & no solution. You spend 2/3 hours just dealing with them. First Mr.rupum then the next customer care guy too....

Hi - I forgot Mpin for airtel payments bank. That was created 4-5 years back when i was using a normal phone - probably i gave some random name. I'm unable to remember the details that i had provided at that time(like Name). Airtel sends me messages every day saying that if I recharge with 349 I will get 1gb every day for 28 days... But when I recharged I didn't get the data as promised.. When asked about the same to the customer care they say to my number this is not applicable. On "My Airtel" app under "View best offers" option, there was a recharge amount of ₹799 which said "Unlimited loc+STD+Roaming calls".

I did the recharge by directly selecting that recharge value and the recharge was successful.

However even after the recharge, my balance got deducted for making calls under roaming.
The recharge offer said Unlimited Roaming calls. So why am I charged for calls then?br...

Sir myself mithun. I am currently working in bihar jharkhand. Few months ago i purchased a airtel sim card ([protected]) and make my airtel app account on this no. And saved my account no in it, for deduction online money for any type of recharge. On 13 april i have made a recharge on other airtel no which belongs to delhi. The recharge amount was 399.in first attempt its failed but money deducted i thought its my mistake i am trying again...

This is to inform you that on 30/04/2017 i have recharged an amount of Rs.345/- ([protected]towards free lacal call to any network and 1GB Data/day for 28 days instead of payment my data is not connected thereafter i contacted Airtel customer care for thrice on 01/05/2017 but they are least bothered to resolve my problems instead of they advice to do some technical changes in my mobile eventhough once again i have called but they din't resolve...
