My mobile number is [protected]. Since last few weeks I didn't made any call or received any call.

Still Airtel has deducted my balances without any reason.

It has twice this week when they deducted 100 rupees without any use.

I have no packs active....

I, my name is saurabh verma and my airtel number is [protected]. From the last few days i noticed since unspecified deduction from my airtel account. There was about 216₹ when i noticed. Onn the next day it's 105 rs which I don't know how it become less because I didn't use a single penny from it. I made some calls but there may not be 105.then I checked last transaction and was surprised that the actual deduction were made to a voice call...

I have recharged Rs. 251 in the Airtel number of [protected] on 11th April, 2017 with transaction id[protected] which was failed due to a technical issue. I would like to know when will I get the refund? Also, I had recharged in my another number with Rs. 248 in [protected] on 30th March, 2017 which was encountered a failure. We are using this no. Since long. We being a corporate customer namely state bank of india, lead bank, rajkot having a record to pay your bill in time. But any how the bill for nov.2016 was credited to some other similar customer a/c resulting a arrears bill demanded by your company which was denied by us as the same was paid. Due to non payment of the bill our services was bared. Now we have received a demand bill from dec- to march 2017...

We have 2 broadband numbers, and on 1 broadband number we requested to enable the static IP. and today its been 14 days but there is no result. we are continuously following them even mailed to nodal officer (nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com) too. but they even do not bother to call or msg us or not for to resolve this matter.

We requested on 31st March for the number 0120-43**474.

The executives come here 2 times...

When i was scratching my recharge card some of my numbers got lost please help me some numbers are missing from my credit card

This is in reference to fake data usage projected by airtel broadband. 2 months back i got Airtel Broadband installed. Earlier i had a Reliance Connection. The plan in both networks was 30GB. To my surprise, the reliance data usage didnt exhaust ever during my 2 years with them. On the other hand, the 30 GB provided by airtel ends in 10-12 days. Also, my usage has also reduced since i have got this installed but still its getting over in...

I did recharge in my no. I. E [protected]. When i did 1st time recharge after payment it has been shown message recharge was unsuccessful. So again i did recharge 2nd time but after payment shown the same message. But after 10 mins i got message amount deducted from my account 2 times.

Kindly do the needful....
