Hi sir/madam I'm using an Airtel prepaid number from last 4 years and all of a sudden number got disconnected without any intimation.. When called customer care they are saying that the number can't be tracked on their app and still I'm in a shock how could this happen when the number is being used on a daily basis..planning to file an FIR and I'm all done to claim damages for their fraud behavior.....

Recently i migrated from airtel prepaid to postpaid(BT 699 Corp Plan). My sim was activated on March 6th but i am not able use and it is reflecting into to my Account. So i raised complaint on March 8 with Reference No (SR[protected] for [protected].

I have successfully completed the undermentioned given task in My Airtel App.-

1) Watch Eros Movie on eros now channel on "Airtel Movies" and get 500MB.

2) Watch Hooq Movie on Hooq channel on "Airtel Movies" and get 200MB.

3) Download and play any album on "Wynk Movies" and get 700MB.

4) Add account and get 500MB.

I did all the above mentioned tasks on 12/03/2017...

As per airtel app i did a recharge on 9th martha 2017 of rs 549 which stated 42gb of 4g with a limit of 1.5gb per day, however once i did the recharge the airtel app showed only 3gb, also there is no option to check the net balance, i am not getting 1.5 gb per day as promised with airtel app, i kindly request you to forward this to airtel so that i can get a resolution.

I am writing this in regards to the airtel prepaid plan that was offered to me: 42gb 4g/3g data + unlimited local + std for 28 days @ rs. 549, offer valid till 31st march.

Before recharging i confirmed it twice by calling 121 and then sending a tweet to the official airtel twitter account (@airtel_presence). Screenshots attached. Both, the 121 service and the official airtel twitter account confirmed me that this offer is valid...
