My complain is that previously i have rechared with the same amount and my data and talktime got credited into the main account, but when i have rechared on 21st of january...

Poor performance of airtel

I could not have roaming and worstly got effected .

Main balance deducted 3 times even after registering to 1925

I have called 1925 two times to stop deducting data from main balance.
But it has happened 3 times in a row now that you have deducted from main balance.
I am hugely disappointed by your service, i will be shortly shifting to other carrier .

The service request ID '[protected]' which as requested on 11/01/2017 was not addressed properly. Even though the customer support executives promised me that the installation would happen within 72 hours, there was no update for 9 days. And when I checked with them on 20/01/2017 they asked for 48 hours more.

There was absolutely no update on any of the status. This is careless of Airtel not valuing the Customer's time. They...
