My prepaid mob. No. Is [protected]. I had done a recharge of rs.149 for 4g data services on 1 jan 2017 and it guaranteed 6 gb data. I also recharged talk time of rs. 20. But 2 days have passed. No signal of airtel is there in my phone. I talked to customer care 2 times. But i didn't receive any message.
I want either the services should be given or refund initiated

Commit wrong while providing plans than charge wrong while billing, dont hear customer complaint. in competetive world where other operator providing free calls & data the are chaeting by charging extra, and false advertising of cheaper plans, misguiding customers, actually they charge you as they used to, just showing wrong advertisement to compete with others.

I did online recharging for the mobile number [protected] on 03.01.2017 at 8.56 P.M., for recharging Rs.31., The said amount of Rs. 31 was deducted from my account but the transaction failed. It is requested to refund the amount of Rs. 31/- and the airtel112/ker/prepaid txn# is[protected].

Similar thing was happend in my husbands number but no amount is refunded kindly take corrective measures at the earliest....

I am using airtel dth since past 8-9 months, 23 days my airtel dth is not working, i have called several times to airtel people, every time they are saying working on same and sending engineer, but not yet sent, i dropped a mail too to them regarding same, and asked them to refund money which i had spent in installation so that i can go for other service provider, but these people neither responding nor refunding money...

There is no mobile network coverage in our area for airtel. Address is, manimangalam road, varadharajapuram, west tambaram, chennai - 600048. There is no proper response from customer care people also. No one is taking actions. Mobile network is working only if we go to the terrace of the apartment. It is not working inside the home. There are around 78 houses in our apartment and almost all are facing the same issue....

Sir my airtel plan which was told to me by it airtel store in ankleshwar was 550 1. Ulimited calls 2.100 sms per day3.4gb 4g data. But the planned which i got is totally different it's like i received only 3gb 4g data. So u people are fooling the customers. So please let me know how can u help me. And if the plan remains the same the plz immediately stop your stupid plan and no more i want to continue with airtel and will not suggest anyone...

On 23rd december, i purchased a new sim with same old number ([protected]) as i had some issue with older sim card. However, i am unable to access 4g services since then. Although 3g and 2.5g services are working fine. I have complained the same with the customer care three times since then, but nothing has improved. Every time i contact them, they say that issue will be resolved in 3 days but nothin happens and i have to call again to them...

Inverter & battery dealer
