I have applied for mobile number portability to airtel from vodafone. My documents and address verification got over by last week friday itself and current service provider (Vodafone) also deactivated my vodafone sim. Request you to speed up the process and activate my sim at the earliest by end of today at least.

I own a 3G Airtel Data card and recharged it under a 3G data plan; but Airtel is sending 2G EDGE signals for my internet usage. I am being cheated because I recharged my 3G dongle with a 3G data plan and deserve HSPA/WCDMA Signal.

I paid my Oct month bill of Rs.163 on 20 Nov and I got confirmation msg of bill payment.But my payment not reflected in bill history.
So, i complain airtel customer care.He told me you not paid Rs.163 on 20-Nov. Whereas i send him payment related all document.

Three week ago I had given complain that mine mobile balanced cut without talk and than resolved. Now I filled 220 rupees talk time to my wife mobile no. [protected]. The next day without talking they nil the account balance on 12/7/2016.

This is very dangerous practice. We had medical emergency in home and she is not able to call anywhere although she had balance. Only due to airtel fraud we have to suffer immensely....
