Airtel is providing 2G EDGE signal to 3G Users

I own a 3G Airtel Data card and recharged it under a 3G data plan; but Airtel is sending 2G EDGE signals for my internet usage. I am being cheated because I recharged my 3G dongle with a 3G data plan and deserve HSPA/WCDMA Signal.

Recently, I recharged with the Rs 255 data plan/25 days validity/1GB data and received 2G EDGE Signal for most of the usage instead of 3G HSPA/WCDMA Signal.Why is airtel asking me to pay for 3G connectivity...

Hi,
Three week ago I had given complain that mine mobile balanced cut without talk and than resolved. Now I filled 220 rupees talk time to my wife mobile no. [protected]. The next day without talking they nil the account balance on 12/7/2016.

This is very dangerous practice. We had medical emergency in home and she is not able to call anywhere although she had balance. Only due to airtel fraud we have to suffer immensely....

Data recharge issue

I searched in my airtel app for best offers and I found ₹145, which gives 2GB 3G/4G data for 28days. But after recharging I got only 500MB.
