Hi,

I was offered 500 cashback when i took the new Airtel broadband connection [protected] and was informed that cashback will be credited in the first bill cycle.

Cashback was not credited in the first bill cycle. I registered a complaint with Airtel Customer care with reference number 74132066 on 12th October. I was informed by the Airtel backend team it will get credited in the next bill cycle.
