Broadband

Airtel registered landline number :[protected]
Airtel boardband registered mobile number : [protected]

broadband internet not working from 3 November on 4 th November technician just phone called by saying he is checking issue, till now one visited my house to check, from 4 days I m continuously complaining dis to customer care but not solved yet, always customer saying we are escalating complain to technical department...

Money is deducted but recharge is not reflected

On 8th Nov I did a recharge of 399 and process went smooth . I thought recharge is done but it wasn't refelected on my phone. I havent yet received any refund....

Regarding plan change without customer confirmation

Hi,

Am writing regarding a plan change done without confirmation from the customer side. Landline number[protected]

First I have received a call on 1 Nov 12.54 pm from [protected] asking for plan change I clearly told am not interested for plan change.

Second I have received a call from [protected] on 5th Nov caller Saranya was telling about details and dropped without taking any confirmation...

Not able to use main balance

Hi I'm using Airtel for many years. Present I'm in abroad. I recharged my number last month with 79 and got talktime in Airtel thanks app. Now I have main balance in app and when I'm trying to recharge it's not working as I don't have any validity left. Really disappointed. Please help me....

Airtel mobile MNP

I did a MNP from JIO to Airtel today.
The jio sim got deactivated but Airtel sim also does not work now.

Got a message as Your services have been set. Please restart your handset and I have done every possible thing and still nothing.

Still have No Network, absolutely pathetic...

Unsuccessful recharge for 489rs but amount deducted

Dear Sir / madam. I tried to do a recharge of 498/- on 28th Oct. Amount was deducted after sometime I got a message saying it was unsuccessful and will be refunded in 7-10days. It’s been more than that I haven’t received it yest . Please help.

Company Is not willing to provide detailed bill for my new broadband connection

Airtel Xstream Fiber installed but the box is not activated

I would like to bring this to your notice that i shifted my connection from Udaipur to Haldwani. I'm complaining about unable to use internet

Unable to use internet connection from the last 1 month. I called coustomer care number but didn't get positive response. Due to this network issue I am unable to attend the meeting, college lecture.
Slove this issue asap or else gave my recharge cost back . I will port it to another network company ....

Airtel - 9740179115 - No network

Hello,

I have airtel sim [protected] with one year validity. I travelled to Dubai on 8th august, 2021. Suddenly on 3rd Nov, 2021 my sim network is down. I checked in Airtel app and I can see that my sim validity remaining is 148 days. But still I don't have network on my Airtel sim. Can you please resolve the issue.

Broadband services are pathetic

We have been customers of airtel since 14-15 years now. We have two broadband and 1 mobile connection. The service of airtel is becoming worse every day. There is one problem or other from time to time. Sometimes there is speed problem and other times the net stops working. This has become quite frequent now. Sim card became dead

My Nam is srikrishnavaraprasad jasti and I am a pensioner. My airtel prepaid SIM card became dead all of a sudden and no SMS or calls. I have been using sim card for the last 5 years. Airtel wynk music caller tune mismatch

I have set a tamil callertune eppa parthalum song. I even received a sms stating "Callers will hear Eppa Paarthaalum as your Hellotune. Share with friends wynk.onelink.me/[protected]/ht" but the callers are hearing some other language song which I didn't set....

Sim registration failed 2g to 4g

While upgrading my sim number 2g to 4g my sim registration has failed and no tower is coming.When I contacted the shop he told me that the sim belongs to other name you cannot take it with that old number .But I was using this sim aleast 10yrs before at that time the sim was given without any documentation and we have no idea that which name the shop had given for identifying the sim .Now I want the old number of that sim to be restored.....

No service connection resolved since last 45 days

Even after several complaints since 19th september airtel broadband connection has not been resumed
- No superviser visited
-Forcing to upgrade it into fiber or connections are not being
-After each complaint they send a message that service has been resumed to close the case
-more than one month service is not being given and a bill has been provided for Rs 471
- complaint no[protected]
Never resolved...
