I had recharge my airtel number [protected] on dated 16/09/2016 with Rs. 335. The above plan as mentionedby airtel may provide 3G Data upto 2GB and 300 minutes for 28 days. The above scheme is displayed via SMS from Airtel itself. But when I recharged the same with Rs. 335 the plan given by airtel is Rs.335 = 2GB(1GB Day+1GB Night)3G WHICH IS NOT SIMILAR TO OFFERED PLAN. The same complaint is also done with Airtel Customer Care but they refuse...

My no. is [protected]. I upgraded to 200 GB with 2 mbps. But the download speed is only ~80kbps. When i spoke to an executive, they asked me to check the speed in www.speedtest.com. It resulted in 1.9mbps. So when I asked abt the speed of ~80kbps, they finally told it depends on the website.If it depends on website, then y do say the spped is 2MBPS?? Whats the point in upgrading then?? Please do let me know why is that my speed is low?? Else,...

I was using the Airtel No. [protected], 3 - month ago they charged on Rs.500/ for data service while I had not uses the same, As I had taken the plan of 299 in which 1.6 GB data plan was available. I never uses more than this.
So I did several correspondence with Airtel to correct the bill but they don't do and started adding this extra amount with others charges like late penalty in next every bill. I did not paid such...

I hav been over charged for service not been properly provided to me.
Took two ISD plan in 26 july.
Which got activzted after 28 july.
Still amount if 7000/- was imposed.
I call customer care they said deposit 4000/- rest be settled. I did.

Airtel Customer care is very bad……. September 2nd 2016 i would call to customer care for change my plan in post paid……. But they not response my call…… Still today, i call 5 times…… but they r not response my call… So please check customer care…… Today you are not response my complaint, i change my network…. With reference to the above subject I have recharged rs 154 on September 8 2016 that time shown in my airtel app 1gb 3g/4/ for rs 154 and credited 500 mb that time I contacted customer care centre attended rasmi they told remaining 500 mb will be credited soon but not credited
And second time I have recharged today September 15 2016 of 154 by checked in retail shop keeper mobile as 154 recharge 1gb data 3g/4g...

This is the complaint regarding my airtel number [protected], i opt from postpaid to prepiad. Visited the airtel store which is 6 km away from my house., after submitting the documents airtel store guy asked me that sim will be activated with in 2 - 3 days. After two days, my Postpaid sim got deactived and on the other hand my new sim was not activated.

My Brother Mr. Pramod Reddy has recharged Net Balance of Rs. 157.00 2gb data 3G service 2 days on 9th of this month. And again he recharged Rs.29.00 for net balance carry forward purpose. But, in his Airtel App no details are mentioned as he did recharged the amount. Nill Data Balance is mentioned. After that I, his elder brother, decided to complaint in my local Airtel office at Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh. But, I decided to complain...

I recharged my Airtel data pack. Inspite of repeated calls made to company I was assured that my problem will be solved by 14th sept but it was not, although from my end I had taken appropriate steps of registering a complaint, and talking in a ethical manner.

I have wrote mail to activate "safety custody mode" when i flying to another country then said to paid all my balance. so i paid all my balance. next there is a mail from airtel payment assistance says you have to pay bill for this month. i wrote again to [protected]@airtel.com I have already informed to activate "safety custody mode". but we didn't get any confirmation from that department so we can't help. please pay your bill they said. then finally...

We REIZ ELECTROCONTROLS PVT LTD. Gurgaon are using airtel(more than 46 lines) for the last 20 years satisfatory, but last 6 months we are facing a network problem by which hampering our business.

we would like to request you to solve the problem ASAP or we should opt for other vendor.

I applied for a new broadband connection on 22 June 2016 and gave a cheque of 1000 rs. I was denied for connection on 28 June 2016 but the cheque was debited from my account on 5-July 2016. I am continuously following up with airtel customer care since last 2 months for refund but no satisfactory result.
Everytime a new excuse is being given by customer care. First I was told that it will be automatically refunded within 30 days....

I recently booked a broadband internet plan on http://www.airtel.in/broadband/.
Then I received a call from Airtel (Truecaller showed it with name Airtel) that Mr Gaurav Sharma will be contacting me for further details.
Mr Gaurav did call and asked me to whatsapp him my PAN card and email address. After doing the same, it's been 3 days, Mr Gaurav does not pick up my calls.
I think it's a scam and they misuse the ID...

I have terrible network here in Kundalahalli Gate, Bangalore. I raised a complaint but the complaint request was closed without any action. I called customer care to escalate the issue but their supervisors were too busy to address it. They told that they will call back which never happened.

Airtel guys are so pathetic. Perhaps time to explore other service providers like Vodafone or Jio.
