I took the service as per the web page which is reproduced in the attached. As per the web page I was to be provided with 8 MBPS speed for 60 GB. But I get a speed of 2 MBPS only.
I am regularly getting the calls from your customer service asking to go for the next plan of 120 GB at 8MBPS. I fail to understand...

I have been an Airtel customer for many years now. I have 4G postpaid router, landline, broadband, 2 DTH and 2 prepaid cellphone accounts with Airtel. I must say their quality of service isn't bad BUT the quality of customer service sucks big time. One of the worst I have encountered in my life, that's pathetic considering Airtel is one of the leading service providers in the country.

Data offer fraud in samsung j series

Airtel recently announced 4g data offer for samsung galaxy j series such as 10gb 4g data at the price of 1gb 4g data for rs.265. But when i use the internet the signal always shows 4g, even though it deducts from 3g data balance, and beyond 3g data balance it will deduct money from main balance. The airtel data offers are always fake. When the usage is in 4g why they are charging for 3g.
