No network, no dialing

Since 15 days i'm finding it impossible to dial even a single call from my residence at chanakyapuri, new delhi opposite taj hotel, to any subscriber including airtel. Though, the signal strength appears to be all four bars but no connection when dialled a number. I'm ver disappointed since a decade long customer of airtel. Pl reply and rectify asap else have to opt out the legal recourse....

Last month i applied for airtel broadband, company executive came and collected 1000 rs from me, i came to know than connection in my area is not feasible, i am still waiting for my refund. I have uploaded the copy of my canceled cheque on their refund portal.

I am even not able to track my request number and not even able to talk to their customer care also.

I have airtel-out app. I recharged 10 $ in 12-aug-2016.
10$ means 1000 min.

Today 21-aug-2106 am trying to call... Please purchase credit in order to call...

From 12-aug-2016 till 21st aug as per account history i made calls 370 mins only..

This is huge loss for me... This is not first time whenever i recharge there is no clear amount deduction when the credits will over......

Evrytime you guys say that you will give the connection and you come and take money but ultimately agent does not gives the connection saying saying there is some DB box problem or so.
I have called you guys numerous times. your customer care service sucks big time. Those guys are unable to help.. they keep transferring the call and thats it. They dont know how to pull...

Cheating on postpaid bill

I was committed with 2000 minutes of local calls and 1.6 gb 4g data, 200 messages with unlimited calls to cug. But to my surprise it was not the same.
The only reason i have switched from vodafone to airtel because airtel offered the same what i have in vodafone.


But the 1 st month bill is generated and received through email. The above committed plan is not reflecting in bill. When i had called to customer care...

Follo celebrities activation

Without activating the service"follo celebrities", rs. 240.00 had been deducted in these months. This is something worse than stealing someone's money that airtel is doing in the name of,,
"service providing".
For the first three days it had been charged 1 rs and 3 rs and how is it without asking the consent of the customer you have deducted 90 rs for a month and had done it for 3 months...

Please stop these...

They only act like good up-to if your a customer, once you have disconnection connection for any reason, even due to there inability to provide the connection to your new location they started charging you by sending bill for the non connected account are disconnected account and they will threaten you to pay for it.

I requested for broadband installation 27/7/2016 and paid the installation fee of rs 1000. Cef number tblr7187999 for rs 999 + 99 plan

They refused installation with reason "currently we are unable to provide you a connection at the above mentioned address due to some technical constraints."

After that no refund of the money collected. Before taking installation fee only airtel should know their feasible areas....
