"rs.15 recharge successful - 20p/min a2a for 3 days"..
And 15 rs deducted from my main balance..
I didnt activate anything.. they activate automatically and deduct balance..
Tried to contact customer care but call disconnected every time when i pressed to speak to executive..
Please look after this matter and help me get my balance back.....

A value add service named super store has been activated in my mobile balance has been deducted accordingly without my confirmation.

I have contacted the customer care and they are telling this has been activated through clicking some third party url's. i'm sure that i haven't done such activities.

I am unable to receive incoming calls from the time when i ported from airtel prepaid to airtel postpaid.
I called 121 and made a complaint they told to wait for a week but i didn't get any calls from them.
Again i made complaint and no response.
