Airtel super store activation without confirmation

A value add service named super store has been activated in my mobile balance has been deducted accordingly without my confirmation.

I have contacted the customer care and they are telling this has been activated through clicking some third party url's. i'm sure that i haven't done such activities.

This has happened twice, not just once.
At first, on july 7th i got the conformation message on 5.30 am...
