Urprisingly i have seen some other person name and address is there in my profile.

Please take necessary action and correct the profile.

Sir, on 27th May 2016, I had a discussion with airtel customer care executives, recording of that must be with airtel.
On that day I was told about airtel infinity plan, and that wynk music subscription would be free with this plan.

When one month got over, wynk is charging me money to download music, which would not happen if the subscription was free.

I subscribed to a corporate postpaid airtel connection in sep-oct 2015. I was told in the beginning that the credit limit is 800 rupees and to have it extended beyond 800 rupees, i will have to deposit some amount. Worst customer care services arevprovided by airtel. Three times they have registered my same complaint and every time asked me to wait for 72 hrs and then its always the same. I have recharged with an amount of 34 rs on my airtel no [protected] after checking an offer on my airtel app, it was shown in the offer that I would get 36 rs talk time.
