My name is gokul. I have recharged my phone for 296 rs that's 1 gb 4g data yesterday.Today it's showing that there's no data pack remaining and I haven't used 4 g since then because i have wifi at home.and i also lost 120 plus rupees from main account for not having a data pack activated.i have called airtel regarding the sane issue and they disconnected the call 3 times.this is my first worst experience with airtel....

Postpaid mobile bill charged with extra amount

I got postpaid bill for the mobile number +91-[protected] added with extra charges, the services which neither i requested nor used. When i asked the team to eliminate charges, i got replied that complain is registered and will update the bill in 24-48 hours. I have not get any response. I did not pay the bill that month this lead the bill with late payment charges 100. Then next month bill again contains the incorrect amount. Very poor response...

I and most other people in the apartment are experiencing very bad network from airtel for months and all the complaints have fallen on deaf ears. At home i have 5 connections personally and we do not get any signals whatsoever except at a specific spot. I have raised this issue and airtel did send people to inspect but post that they have not bothered to do anything.

I'm ussing. Airtel 3g service for more than a year and using 50% cash back foe internet usage in between. 12 am to 6pm. Today morning i got sms stating i have used nearly 200 mb from my account and they refunding 50 % cash back. I shocked after seeing this fraud message as the battery is completely drain in my mobile and switched off, then i put charging and when i switched on my mobile next day morning i got this message....

Unfair roaming bill

On 5 Jan 2016 I requested for INR 149 roaming plan and on 10 Jan 2016 I made a request to deactivate the plan. Calls from my side to the customer care numbers were made for a small request to deactivate my roaming 149 plan and each time i was put on hold fr 10- 15 min. It was the incapability of the customer care executives to keep me on hold while knowing i am on international roaming.

4g dongle permanent disconnection

When i signed up for Airtel DTH i had paid close to Rs.6000, and now when i want to cancel, they ask me to return the setup box and they will not refund the money.

This is outrageous.

I had requested cancellation about a month back. There are too many tickets created by Airtel and the last one is "51081512".

I was asked to get a duplicate sim. Got it yesterday.

Now, both my old sim and new sim is not working.

Pathetic service.
