I called into Airtel customer care to make a service complaint. The charges are supposed to be 50 paise for 3 mins. I ended up holding the call for 10 mins without any executive answering the call and I was charged Re. 1 for that. Why do they charge when no one answers the call? They should start charging after someone answers. It is annoying and causes disturbance to me as it happens many time. I want redressal....

I am holding a data card (Data card # [protected]) from airtel due to low network coverage placed a cancellation request to airtel, their retention team gave me commitment 10 gb/month for rs 999 from which rs 250 will be refunded for next 9 months and they promised me to rectify the network issue. Hence i accepted to retain the connection but all of sudden they said that plan is not applicable for me so they will give me another plan 10 gb/month...

Successfully recharge done through airtel app under special offers with RC 186 for 1GB 3G data for 28 days but received only 550MB of data. This is completely unsatisfactory and need attention to be taken and credit the benefit data to my account or refund my money.

I have ported my no from karnataka to delhi, and they have changed my plan without informing me.
Earlier also same thing happened with me in karnataka, , at that customer service representative told me that if you port your no. To other state, you can continue with the same plan.
Now they have given me my plan, but i want my old plan,

I have been suffering from false promises by Airtel costumer care and its representative. I applied and paid for broadband for last two weeks but there has been no action so far. When ever i call the Airtel the say they will install the connection tomorrow. Its really disappointed the way they treat new customer.

I had applied for a 4g hotspot dongle in the month of feb 2016. My airtel
Mobile number is [protected]. I had bought the hot spot device and a 4 months scheme for 4gb by paying 2899/-. The 4g was activated on 23.02.2016.

From day one, the network speed received by me is pathetic. I was constantly following up with the support desk and i was asked to do different settings but still there was no change in the network...

This is to inform you that i have purchase Airtel 4G Mifi plan @ 500/- per month where in Airtel committed if i will purchase Mifi Dongle which is Rs.2000/- then my 4 month rental upto 4GB data would be Zero.

I have a post paid connection & being staying abroad I just keep it with minimum international roaming for emergency use. However when I come to India every two month I use it & also activate suitable 3G service for the period of stay which is generally between 7 to 21 days. Airtel promises to provide 4g lte speed and sells their dongle while they do not have coverage in any areas across bangalore.. Not even in prime areas.. Their dongle software do not support windows 10 and if you raise a complaint they close the case without informing the customer. Never go for airtel.. You only get a max of 150 kps speed.. I'm struggling by paying 2 months advance amount.....

Hi am unable to receive messages since last Monday i.e. April 3rd 2016.
I am able to send and receive calls. Even send text messages. But am unable to receive messages since last one week. I thought it to be some network problem but the other Airtel sim users in my area are not experiencing any such problem. It's been a week and there seems to be no end to it.

I am Vijay Singh need to close my Airtel prepaid no [protected], because my mobile get stolen in marriage in 29 feb2016, I registered complaint to stop & close all services and also the sim no at Airtel customer care. But today when accidentally I called that no it works and after some time the person switch off that no.
