This is an absolute wrong and illegal deduction without my concurrence. I have spoken to Mr. NAROTTAM MONDAL in airtel customer care service who has compelled me to believe that it was my mistake to be a subscriber of airtel mobile service....

I am an airtel postpaid customer.I have a pack of hello tunes activated on my number.For this service I have been charged Rs 280 for a year, but even then I am being charged for it every month.This has not happened once but even after chiding the the executives, it is being repeated and for that I have to pay extra charges.I cannot call the customer care every month and waste my time explaining him the issue.Please help I am being overcharged...

Misuse of cdr

I'm prepaid airtel customer. My call details, location details, data consumption for one year is given to third party. I was not intimated about this. Due to this someone is threatening me in my number.I m very depressed. I asked in customer care they say they did not give. But I have records. I'm very depressed. How is this possible? How do I find this? This is breach of privacy....

I haven't used any data service but they are generating the bill and giving notice to pay the bill by giving notice from an advocate.I used airtel postpaid sim 5 months ago but I am not using the data services from it I used the WiFi of other network but kept the sim only for WhatsApp number even without using the data they are generating the bill for 3 months and intimating me to pay the bill...

I promptly received an sms confirming receipt of my request and mentioned that a local representative will contact me soon. I followed up at least 8 times by calling the Chennai number mentioned in the sms regarding the same till today the 30th of March 2016 and all I received was sincere apologies. But not even a call from the local office....

Airtel Balance deduction

I have 4G enabled handset and 1GB 4G service active on my handset. I have put my handset on 4G enable settings. Ever Since a activated new SIM its indicating 3G and H+ on the signal strength. To make it worse Airtel deducted Rs.79 towards 19MB data usage from main account instead of deducting available 4G balance.

I am shakti, my number is [protected]...And i made a recharge of 398 through the airtel mobile app...On the 14 march 2016...But recharge has not been done and i have not got any msg frim airtel failure/success...But the amount has been deducted from the account of my sbi...According the sbi transaction was successful...But recharge have not done from the airtel...
