I am regular Airtel post paid customer with[protected], presently I transfers my unotber Airtel post paid no ownership to my family plan and activated regularly, after 24 hours my number have problem like number does not exist, reson address verification wrong,
No one per came to my home for address verification or called about my address

My airtel prepaid number is [protected] and today at about 2.30 pm my prepaid balance was debited by Rs. 99 by your company and sent a messege that it has activated ditto tv service in my mobile for 22 days. This is an absolute wrong and illegal deduction without my concurrence. I have spoken to Mr. NAROTTAM MONDAL in airtel customer care service who has compelled me to believe that it was my mistake to be a subscriber of airtel mobile service....

I am an airtel postpaid customer.I have a pack of hello tunes activated on my number.For this service I have been charged Rs 280 for a year, but even then I am being charged for it every month.This has not happened once but even after chiding the the executives, it is being repeated and for that I have to pay extra charges.I cannot call the customer care every month and waste my time explaining him the issue.Please help I am being overcharged...

I have bought new Airtel D2H connection before a month ago.

After that, eventually I have to face bad signal problem and picture was not clear.
So, since last couple of days, I am not able to see any channels on my Airtel D2h tv connection though I ahve pay money.

The reason was, while first time installation, installation engineer did not install the dish on correct place.br...

I'm prepaid airtel customer. My call details, location details, data consumption for one year is given to third party. I was not intimated about this. Due to this someone is threatening me in my number.I m very depressed. I asked in customer care they say they did not give. But I have records. I'm very depressed. How is this possible? How do I find this? This is breach of privacy....

I haven't used any data service but they are generating the bill and giving notice to pay the bill by giving notice from an advocate.I used airtel postpaid sim 5 months ago but I am not using the data services from it I used the WiFi of other network but kept the sim only for WhatsApp number even without using the data they are generating the bill for 3 months and intimating me to pay the bill...

I am working in QATAR. I will return to india 4-5 times yearly . I had registered online for home delivery of Airtel 4g device on 12th March 2016 from Cochin in Kerala. I promptly received an sms confirming receipt of my request and mentioned that a local representative will contact me soon. I followed up at least 8 times by calling the Chennai number mentioned in the sms regarding the same till today the 30th of March 2016 and all I received was sincere apologies. But not even a call from the local office....

Since i lost my Sim i got a duplicate Sim from airtel on 29th march around 11 am. They said the SIM will get activated in 4 hours.
Since the SIM did not get activated I called the customer care at around 9pm and they said that the number has been activated. I should again visit the airtel store to resolve the issue.

I have 4G enabled handset and 1GB 4G service active on my handset. I have put my handset on 4G enable settings. Ever Since a activated new SIM its indicating 3G and H+ on the signal strength. To make it worse Airtel deducted Rs.79 towards 19MB data usage from main account instead of deducting available 4G balance.

I had purchased a 4g home wifi from kalyan west dist thane and my number is [protected] on[protected]. But i received a bill saying i have to pay rs 563/- before[protected].At the time of purchase i was told on the payment of rs.3885/- i will get a home wifi for 3 months and this is the service we get in return .When today i contacted the gallery were i purchased he said the amount is service tax which i was not informed at the time of purchase.If...

i have submitted for my documents and 1000Rs for installation Land line connection on Thursday[protected] .. still now no action taken -- i called the complaint number they said it will done by[protected] .. on that i got missed call from[protected] i again called him he said " who your are " i said i got missed call from the number i recently applied for the new connection...

I am shakti, my number is [protected]...And i made a recharge of 398 through the airtel mobile app...On the 14 march 2016...But recharge has not been done and i have not got any msg frim airtel failure/success...But the amount has been deducted from the account of my sbi...According the sbi transaction was successful...But recharge have not done from the airtel...
