There is a lot of network issue in my area. I am working from home but not able to work properly due to internet issue. There is no proper network and lots of fluctuations in internet speed also. Sometimes internet speed becomes zero for upto 15 to 20 minutes. During that calls got disconnected & conference video calls not able to connect
I have complaint this to the concerned customer care team and raise complaint on Airtel Thanks...

Promised resolution of my complaint no.[protected] dated 22/09/2021 within 24 hours.
Complaint closed without attending it on 23/09/2021.

Even MTNL never used such tactics and fool their customer....

Port sms is not sending through Airtel but other sms to other numbers are sending...

What is wrong with airtel network in kohima, Nagaland ? Company is giving good updates on this and that offers on internet and monthly talktime packs but what is the use of that when the company cant offer us a legimate calling network and internet speed ?
