Service activation for 9849208515

I ported to airtel from vodafone. After i got my no. ported out from vodafone and tried to use airtel, the new airtel sim didnt work. They took 1 day and asked me to submit documentatiom again. Next day they told me the address verification got cancelled and gave me third sim and asked me to submit the documents again. Then the next day the agent calls me and tells me dial 59059 for address verification and it will be active.

Hi, My Mobile Number([protected], Munirajamma), Around 1.14PM today, 115/- transferred into someother mobile([protected])(unknown person to me) . I spoke to custome excitives couple of times with CBDVC[protected] and CBDVC[protected] ids, I did not get proper response from customer service. Please correct it and please make from proper proff from my mobile before money mobile transfers.

High bill charged and no proper explanation

From past 3 months i am raising complaint for my high bill i have asked for an explanation of high bill but no proper response was given by airtel and with out my confirmation my plan was changed from CUG to infinfty and today i got an bill of 9k, when i called customer care to ask the explanation they said its from previous plan.'which is pathetic, I need an justic for misleading me....

As per the service provider promise connection should have been connected by 72 hrs. but it's not connected till 144 hrs. There is no proper response from service provider. Everytime answer is it will be done by next 24 hrs. I am totally harassed.

3G data not working from past 15 days

I am using Airtel postpaid mobile connection along with 3G data services with Mobile number ([protected]) and Relationship number ([protected]).

It has been more than 15 days, I am unable to use my data services on my phone. During this period I have raised 3 complaints regarding the same and everytime, I have received TAT of 72 hours for resolution but no luck.

Airtel broadband not working since day 1 (Got connection on 17th)

I have paid 6th months amount as advance for airtel broadband and got connection on 17th it's worked for 2hrs after that it never worked till now. Customer care ppl kept on telling every day today is the ETA and without my knowledge they have prolonged ticket closed date by 28/02/2016 ref no 64721240 any no resolution yet pleqse help...

Hi,

I have raised a ticket related to un-availability of Airtel Broadband connection at my premises from 17th Feb.

THIS ISSUE IS STILL not resolved. I always get the same answer saying "Our backend will get back to you". i have not got even a single call back from Airtel.

This issue is severely affecting my work.

Airtel 3G services issue

Airtel deducted balance of 47 rs and 30 rs of advance talktime due to usage of internet inspite of net pack already working on my number. They returned 47 rs on my complain but afterward deducted 34 rs due to advance talktime but the deduction of advance talktime was also due to problem in their service and customer service was also not good with their service and gesture of language....

But right now today I submit req. Document Location cannot place aurangabad...also I called 198 at least a dozen times.. Airtel mobile services are very poor

I recharge mobile by airtel app two times on 17.1.16 and on 2.2.16 for 3g recharge as i apply code APP250 for extra 250 mb 3G data both times. both times i get sms for extra 250 mb 3G data but i dint get extra data. i complaint many times to airtel customer care but they always says that they reply after some times. but till now their is no positive response. please help me.

Aircel to airtel postpaid connection.

Im currently using 6 Aircel Postpaid connections. Im planned to change those 6 connections to airtel postpaid. I submitted all the necessary documents to Mr. Ranjith at Irunkattukottai Airtel Outlet. But no response from him. He often switch off his mobile, not attending my call. Pls take necessary steps to solve my issue....

Issue wrong sim card

Too much bill for my postpaid 4g lte connection

I have been using Airtel 4G services for some year now; I have an Airtel 4G router (by Huawei).

For years I have survived with Airtel 4G services & at some point in time I just reached the limit. Their stupid, unreliable, useless service just got me on edge now.

Airtel is selling 3G in name for 4G, at sometimes even that don't work.
Someday it doesn't catch signals, Sometime its server problem, or heavy...
