DTH service recharge related

Dear Sirs, I am using airtel dth 2 connections @ 2 different location, but due to unavoidable situation I cant use 1 of the connections so I have not recharged the same. Executive refuses to take proper complaint from customer

12 days to repair a 3 minute problem

Pathetic response

I had applied for Airtel broadband connection on 12th November 2015, and after numerous calls & reminders, the connection was given to me on 11th December. In just 2 days, the connection has got severed now! I get absolutely no response/help from customer care tollfree number or from the person who did the installation.
