About 4G Connection Hoptport

I am Jyoti Patil. Last week I have purchased 4G Dongle from Airtell as it has been told to me that in my area 4G connectivity is available. The marketing perosn Mr.Vijay has come to my place and shows me the demo of 4G speed with his dongle. And so I have purchased the dongle. But now I am getting 3G connectivity. Broadband Installation

Raised a new request for broadband. Airtel confirmed that till 8Mbps speed available in my area and socket available to give a connection. After confirmation submitted doc and amount Rs.1000/-. Prepaid to post paid conversion

Airtel Call Manager Service does not work

Increasing The Amount Of 3G DATA Pack

Worst services, support and information handling

1. Airtel prepaid, airtel.in don't explain the packs. I recharged with 99 pack in bangalore, website dosen't says that amount will go into special account, which is not visible, just we can identify the balance, by calling some special number. 2. With 0 balance, prepaid customer can not reach to the customer support desk, even though if they are rich in special account balance. 3. The call, will always say you are out of balance, but still...
