Cut of main balance without reason

there is a unusual cut of the main balance again and again ... first we had a cut of rs 30 and the 2nd time rs 99 and after that rs 39 ... the customer care guys are not giving response to our problem, so we expect u to take necessary action on them, and make them credit back my money ... my no. is [protected], hope u will respond back soon ......

poor customer services and deduction of balance without pre notice

Hi... have received a very poor service from Airtel. They have deducted my balance without prior notice on account of 3G services (which is most pathetic right now). When I called up the helpline number...It took me 15 minutes to be connected with the customer representative (I dont know why they hide this option as if it is a treasure and on top of it those freaking offers... i just hate them.. wasted my 15 minutes..listening to that...

Very poor network performance

received only partial net data after paying full amount

Repeated calls of nonpayment for payments made
