I have written an email to airtel suport at ([protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@in.airtel.com) that my donggle is not working for last 2 months and I am not getting appropriate help if I call support desk. They registered my complaint and gave me deadline till 23rd March, but still my issue is not resolved. I have registered a complaint for network problem, request no. PR[protected] to Airtel. In the status of complaint, it is shown as complaint is closed, without even calling me.
