We were out of town during the Holi Holidays for 4-5 days. we reached back on 9th March. I received a message that my DATA plan has exhausted. I want to know how is this possible when we did not use it. Is Airtel fakely billing me or someone else is using my broadband connection. Actually the problem is that my mobile number ([protected]) got disconnected on 1st feb 2015. Later as per the instructions given by Airtel Customer Care team, i submitted all the required documents and taken a new SIM for the same number on 24th Feb.
