Not providing refund of my money

wrong information of customer care exhibitor

On 10th January I received a call from airtel customer care. They said me that I get unlimited high speed 3g Internet at 655. I asked will it reduce after 3gb usage. They said I get upto 21mbps even after 3gb usage. After confirming the speed I told the officer to activate the offer. But I did not get more than 10kb/s speed.
