Misinformation by the companies customer care leading to higher bill amount

I was offered a free data bundle pack of 1GB for 2months. I was informed by the customer care executives of Airtel that the 1 GB monthly data services pack will be automatically continued on my number which will have a monthly rental of Rs250. I've been using Airtel for quite a while and getting very low download speed @ 2 - 5 kbps at roaming in Nagashettyhalli, Bangalore which is ridiculous. A month have passed watching such a low speed. Somehow I need to complete the data else remaining will be wasted. i am using Jharkhand's sim here in Bangalore....

Too much Network data problem

My mobile no. Is [protected]. My no. Is ported as on[protected] from Vodafone to airtel. coz of best intconnection. But since 9th of October to till date I have not taken best service of Airtel Internet. i complained many times to customer care executive but no one take it serious and could not solve my problem.
