My airtel fixed l8ne number is [protected].this connection is more than 6 months old but yet there is no outgoing active on this number and i have been charged month after month for this service when contacted at airtel services they give reasons everyday but outgoing not started yet i have never been able to make a single call as it says outgoing is gsm locked call airtel services .the call centre of airtel is worst call centre in the world...

My regular bill is not going more than rs.200/- per month, i am not using
Internet, gprs, whatsapp. Data connection. Face book etc. On this mobile no.

Why this time charged me wrongly. (Rs.800/-)
