On 14.8.2014 i made online fee payment Rs 169 for airtel mobile recharge through SBI Debit card.The transaction was failed due to the network problem after the POS the mentioned amount. pathetic customer care service and online recharge unsuccessful

I did two recharges online, both the time money has deducted from my bank account but it seems both the recharges are not actually applied on my number. Recharge Online unsuccessful

I recharged my Airtel prepaid number [protected] on 12/8/14 with Rs.75 (Chennai circle) that should give me Rs.50/- balance in my talktime and the validity of this recharge is for 14 days during which my outgoing calls will be charged @40p per minute.
