Hello Sir, I had requested for a new broadband connection on 22nd April '2014 from the online system of Airtel. I didn't get any call from Airtel office on the same. I called them on 24th April to know the status. The executive told that some person will contact me within 1-2 working days. I waited for 3-4 days. No one called. I called again on 28th April and requested them to log a complaint and give me the tracking number of my request....

This complaint is regarding overcharging by Airtel. I am an Airtel customer and have an Airtel mobile connection in Delhi ([protected]). My call charges were 50 paise per minute for local calls and 60 paise per minute for STD calls. Airtel, without any request initiated from my end or without any prior intimation from their side, increased my call rates to 1.8 paise per second, which is double than the earlier call charges.
