On September 3, 2013 morning, i got a message from airtel saying " Thanks for downloading Video from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99.0." I had not made any such download. I immediately contacted the customer care . I was informed that i would have to wait till the next bill is generated. If an amount of INR 99 shows up in my bill then that amount would be waived off. wrong bill plan commitment issue by sales team

Illegal charges and harassment by Airtel

Deposit taken but not converted into postpaid
