I have an airtel number [protected] of jamshedpur circle. Whenever i make a call after that when the balance is displayed it is shown that on recharge of Rs.50 I will get a talktime of Rs.50 but it is not so. Yesterday I did an online recharge of Rs.50 at around 4pm but I received a talktime of only Rs.41.5. I am in a loss of what to do.Please look into the matter....

I tried to port out from airtel, but they every time reject my request.

As per them i have register as a cug connection, but i 5-6 times went to airtel center and requested to stop my cug plan and they every time said that now they have stop that service from my account.

Still every time my portability request is rejected.

Please help me with this.

I, Rajesh Hira, shifted to Airtel from MTS 2 - 3 weeks back. While purchasing the 3G Net connection - dongle, the DSA representatives gave me lucrative offer and good service due to which I assumed that Customer Service provided by Airtel must be one of the best.
