I have Airtel postpaid mobile connection. I am using Govt of Gujarat, CUG plan, before 5-6 month they changed plan of mine and few others who reside in my group. They suppose to change all people plan who belongs to same group, but they did partiality.

I did too much follow up them But I didn't get any success and I have to follow this step.

1month before I purchased a 3G Airtel Dongle/data card. It was not activated for 4 weeks. After I put a complaint in this forum.
