speed problem

i'm using AIRTEL 3g dongle with a poor speed of 7-8 kbps for number ([protected]). My signal strength is good and using in WCDMA network with an airtel 3g pack. Even, several times i have registered my complaint at customer care but no action was taken! speed is too bad that it took 10 minutes to post this complaint only on this site....

Inspite of this we are getting reminders from Airtel that the balance is low and recharge is required. No doubt Airtel can act this funny but this is irritating us and causing unnecessary trouble.
