Not able to make STD Calls to some Specific Numbers

Dear Sir,

Recently i have ported my no to Airtel from Vodafone, am very disappointed with the Airtel Service, because am not able to make calls to some of STD numbers specially Maharastra no's. I have raised the complaints many time but no response after a couple of days i will get the SMS that my complaint is resolved. WHAT THE HELL AIRTEL!!!!!!!!! PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very embarrassing. AM really regretting on porting...

Unable to call toll free no. 000-800

I have been having a problem with airtel Prepaid number [protected] for more than a week. I am unable to call a toll free number[protected]. Due to which I am unable to join my office meetings. It was working prefectly fine 2 weeks before.Call to the same number works perfectly well from idea and vodofone cellular network or any of the fixed land-line telephone network.

Service not good

Airtel outlet located at konappana agrahara(Electronic city) is not providing service upto the mark,

To pay an post paid bill a consumer has to visit the office twice in a month, every time u go there, the application is down and consumer has to wait for hours together.

The response from the team working there is pathetic.

Any service a consumer is asking for he will be sent to koramangala office,...

worst customer service ever experienced

Hi ,

I got my airtel sim, 5 years back. But those people called me for proof verification and barred my incoming and outgoing calls without any prior intimation. And i talked to the supervisor and renewed my connection. With in 2 weeks they disconnected my number totally (Asusual without any prior intimation) . i lost al my sim contacts. This is due to lack of communication between departments of the service provider. NEVER...

No Incoming calls after MNP

I have ported [protected] from Idea to Airtel; It was troublesome right from the beginning. I have requested to disconnect my Broad band and landline connection on 26 july 2012 as i need to go to abroad. Airtel people said that it will be disconnected with in a week.

Deductions for free services

Balance being deducted for no reason again

I had complained about this earlier..this problem started again..even if I don't make a call, my balance is reducing..it cannot be for internet usage also as I have a 3G plan and the validity is still there on that.

Today there were 3 deductions so far...
1) Rs.30.06
2) Rs.0.06
3) Rs.0.03

Please check and refund this amount at the earliest..and make sure this doesn't happen again...

I have figured out two reason for my billing issue.


1. Credit limit is Rs.500 and bill amount is two times more than the
credit limit.

2. My data plan is 2GB limit for Rs.98 rental per billing cycle. Wrong

Disconnected all of a sudden
