Wrong Billing

Airtel is now becoming master in poor service and wrong billing, few weeks back

Regarding Value Added Services

Dear Sir,

My airtel prepaid no [protected] using last-.4 years and i not started any Value add serviced , but this month with out any information how to start value add serviced , and u r company deduct my money and u r customer care also told we r not able to refund u , this is not a good job.

So i want my money refund and don't start any value add services in my number...........

AIRTEL 3G SPEED ISSUE

Not functional

Wrong deduction of balance.

Airtel 3G wrong deduction from main balance. My phone # is [protected]. I lost about 300-400 rupees because of wrong activites of Airtel. They are not ready to acknowledge this and give me back my money.

Vulgar calls

Airtel Internet broadband not working for a week

Absolute unprofessional company

Unprofessional and Insolent Customer care Centre

I had taken a duplicate sim card from airtel center in kathua on 17th of july, 2012 and was told that sim card will start working with in 4 hours. But as it turn out it did not . So next day i went to the center again and asked for the problem . The people present there (especially female )were very rude and passed on rude comments and were talking like they were doing pity on me by answering my questions.
