No refund of prepaid amount on wrong refill

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Sarika Patil, had gone to recharge my Airtel prepaid number. By mistake when I gave the number for re-fill, there was error in one number i,e instead of refilling my number - [protected], i requested to refill - [protected]. The shopowner also by mistake refilled for some other number i.e [protected].

Now the issue is the airtel team is not willing to refund this because the number on which the refill...

This service taking Rs. 5 per day. I wanted to unsubscribe all this service. Its saying no such service is activated. No response from customer care too. Recharged but didn't get Talktime

Rs40 reduction balance

Regular and continous Harrasment by airtel employee

I got a Airtel broadband connection in last April, 2011 with Binatone WiFi modem supplied by Airtel with the additional cost of Rs 1400 and 1 year of warranty.
But the modem is failed now and i called customer care and given a compliant about it on 21 Jan 2012 , Service Request No is 10652130. The service person came to my place and checked and asked to inform Airtel to replace/service the modem.
