DSL Modem Malfunction and Replacement

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of Airtel Broadband and recently my DSL modem started to malfunction. I immediately reported this to customer care. The customer care refused to take the complaint and informed me that DSL modem is my responsibility and I have to buy a replacement from their designated service centers. The price for DSL modem would be Rs. 800/-.

When I bought the connection, I paid Rs.800/- for installation...

Airtel DTH Set top box issues

The service offered by Airtel DTH is pathetic. The set-top-box that was installed restarts in every 5-10 min displaying a message saying "Trying to download new software" and finally a message saying :"Unable to download software".
