Verification documents submitted but still getting repeated calls for submission of same

I went to aundh's customer relationship centre and submitted all the required documents.
But still I am receiving calls regarding the same.
When I went to relationship centre(after trying to make 100's of call but no response) they said my documents have already been sent.

Worst customer care ever

Recently i have called up "Airtel Customer care" to activate 3G service on my cell phone with number([protected]), this is where all the pain started, none of the people in the technical support team doesn't know how to treat a customer and i bet they do not even know their own process, which they are working on.
I told them very clearly that i have activated 3G on my cell phone and downloaded...

DTH problem unresolved after several complaints

Dear Sir,
Need to matter to be addressed urgently , as it has been more than 15 days now when i logged my first complaint on 15/10/11 to customer care of Airtel DTH at 12150 , i was provided the following service number[protected], but still now the problem has been unresolved.
I called the customer care on 17th Oct, 18thOct , 19th Oct and so on , i had to explain everytime my problem to a new customer executive...

I am really frustrated calling airtel persons there is no response from them. Firstly they have delayed in the installation and after installation my account has not been activated yet. my customer id is [protected]. I called at least 20 times but no worth calling. Bill Plan not clear

I have taken a bill plan where I am entitled a bill cap of Rs 100(Billing Cap Limit of Rs. 2000 after which charging takes place as per pulse matrix) which is been confirmed by mail. However, even after several complaints to 198 and mails to customer care, no response has been recieved and all that Airtel does is gives me service request numbersand closed without resolving the issue.

recharged but no DTH service

I got my subscription recharged ( ID-[protected]) after the due date as I was travelling for last few days, all that is required in this case is a deduction of Rs 10 as charges for activating the suspended service but with Airtel DTH it becomes so bothersome to get the service resumed even after renewal/recharge. I got the recharge on 29.10.11 around 4.00pm for Rs 250, but the service is still shown suspended.

fake schemes
