This is Chhabi jana(sasmal).i am a customer of your degital TV service.I recharge for 12 month RS-1656/- at that time customer care commitment was all bengali chanal will be came in this pack.But after re charge i saw few channel not comming(eg:-like Sangit bangla,star annand,star jalsa,zee bangla etc...)
.Then i lunch a complain but can't solve yet.And customer care exicutive telling sorry for that incident but...

due to some generalised reason o[censored]ploading some software i've not been getting the signal for the past 7 days & the problem is still continuing. i contacted the customer care of the company but its of no use. they are not giving any proper response & i h've to suffer for the same. since it is a general fault the company should have taken proper care thereof which it has not taken.i hope that they do take proper action or...

I had requested for deactivation of my Safe Custody Mode on 31st Dec'2011, which was later informed to me on 2nd Jan'2011 that the same has been done, however till 9th Jan'2011 its not been done.

I have been making repeated calls to Airtel broadband helpline (which is the only mode to contact them) regarding this, firstly i get the resolution time of 8 days,...

My internet facilities are unlimited free from 8 pm to 8 am everyday . I started using the broadband service from 7:55:55 pm on[protected] . I have been charged Rs1720 for 4.05 minutes for usage that is charged for me.

My cell number is [protected]. I suddenly find my account was siphoned off approx Rs. 200. I did not understand how but I added additional Rs. 300 charge to continue using the phone and found that it was also depleting without me making any calls. So I got worried and turned my phone off but that did not stop my account from depleting and I found that all Rs. 300 gone in one week that I could not even make 121 operator call from that phone....

This complaint is against Airtel Landline No.[protected]. I wanted to cancel my Airtel account as I was shifted to another place. I raised request on 29th november 2010 for cancellation and it was agreed that the account will be cancelled and airtel executives will come and take away the Landline set and Broadband modem. But the connection was not disconnection after 1 month of follow-up. I use to continuously call Airtel...

This is Koustov Choudhury.My Airtel Prepaid Mobile no. is [protected].My service provider sent me some messages to submit my id proof.I have done that twice.But suddenly my sim card registration is faild.When I have contacted to the Airtel outlet they have informed me that the no is deleted and it is not possibe to restore the no.

However the said sum was not received till 08.01.2011.
