Net not working since last three months

This is regarding A/C No 15553255 Broadband connectivity at Greater Noida. The Internet hasnt been working since april 2010. After Repeated followups with your customer care.. the internet was still not working.

I can see regular follow up for bills ( last three months) for the services that were never working. If this is the kind of service.

Continuous SPAM SMS

I have an Airtel Postpaid mobile number : [protected] active from the last 6 years or so. I have been getting continous SPAM SMS from the last 2-3 years or so. I have registered in the Do not call registry as well, but that does not solve the problem. I have complained often to the customer care with the numbers from which i get the SPAM sms, but that does not seem to work at all. I get SPAM messages from a different numbers....
