Migration from Postpaid to Pre paid

I had requested for my number to get it migrated from postpaid to prepaid services for which i had placed request at NAC manimajra branch.. Despite of making request thrice my number has not been migrated and has been out of service from past 10 days..More over concerned personnel at NAC branch, Ms Amita arora is not attending calls and is not available at the office.. same is the case with the personnal at Airtel Head office IT park....

DND activation

Dear Concern,

Yesterday I activated DND (Do Not Disturb) service in airtel. The activation period its 45 days, this is too horrible. When the airtel sim cards can be able to activate with in 2 to max 24 hours, why this service is taking 45 days? Hope it wont be a big mountain cutting work. Submission to safe custody was in vain

I am using Airtel Broadband connection at my home. Last month I went to Airtel showroom to submit my connection to "Safe Custody" - means they take Rs300 as monthly charge and the connection will be kept on hold. After being told that I had to clear the outstanding unbilled amount to submit to safe custody, i made the payments and then submitted to safe custody.
