NUISANCE MESG 57272

Two days back I already submitted my complaint regarding that I am receiving SMS 57272 from AIRTEL but still the issue is not solved .

I am still getting the SMS 57272 and getting charged for it.

Can someone pls look into this and stop such nuisance messages being sent to my mobile and not only that they are charging for it.

This message is very irritating

I have been using airtel digital tv for last 1 year
as my 1 year pack is over,i recharged for 1 year south ultra by paying 3033 rs
but iam not getting gemini,maa tv and other telugu chaneels though i am paying more than last year
the brochure says south mega has south economy+ 15 channels+ any 2 south top ups.
list of long duration packs in page 4 of brochure says 275 for 10 months and use for 1 year

Fooling the Customers

The complaint is against fooling the customers on following:-

If a client takes a wfi connection than he is charged Rs1500/- with installation of wifi router. However is he plans to stop using the services of Airtel even after 24 hours of the installation, he is not entitled to keep that wifi router for which he has paid Rs1500/-.

Even they withdrew normal modem earlier installed with the modem connection without...

Unexpected bill when no outgoing calls were made.

Hi,
I would like to bring my complain in the notice which is related to my unbilled amount for the month of Dec 2009. At present I am in USA. But I have kept my Indian number on roaming so that i can get the sms's from my friends and my family members.

On23rd morning, I recieved a SMS that my unbilled amount is 12895. Today i got two more sms that my unbilled amount is 19644. then again new sms with amount 9958.br...

my sim got recycled

i have bought a sim 2 yrs back.and inbetween i didnt use that number..and before 2 months i used that number and they charged me 50 paise per msg.and when i tried using that number,it cums as sim card registration failed.wen i called customer care people they said like number willget recycled if sim is not used for 30 days.i am shocked hearing this info..please help me in getting back my number...

Bill raised even when line disconnected

Dear Sir,
I got my airtel mobile line discontinued. I received confirmation mail to that.
I am in US since sept 2009. For dec 2009, they have raised bill of over 900/- against my name.
I would like stern action to be taken against airtel and if possible against Sunil Mittal.

worst speed & disconnected without giving any notification

i bought data card from airtel on 09th december,2009. they chrgd 4,200 rupees.my number is [protected]. they said that the speed will be 325 kbps,but that was a false info,the speed is only 90 kbps. is it a broadband??? i complaind to customer service,but they simply said that they cant do anything and also the deposit amout (3700 + activation fee 500 rupees) is loss for me,,,what the hell is this? the company simply cheating people......

i have activated airtel gprs service, called mobile office with rental Rs.20 per day. i have activated this service on 22/12/2009 for one day. After using it for one day, i tried to deactivate this service throgh calling at no. *567# and *567*3# from my mobile no. [protected].

Today morning my Airtel connection showing “SIM card registering failed”. What is the meaning of that ? My No: [protected]

I have also raised two cases (Ref no. F[protected] / 29998209 / F[protected] for verify address Verification again of my billing address. Then what is the use of loging case with airtel ??

No body comes after that till now for any verification and my call and SIM get barred today morning.br...

Barring of outgoing services even after receiving payment

Sir,

We have cleared the payments before due date for mobile numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] vide cheque No. 152344 dated 07 December 2009 which was subsequently cleared on 10-12-09. Still outgoing of all these numbers have been barred by Airtel. Due to this we are facing many problem even the job of one of the employee is at stake.

Nuisance sms 57272 from Airtel

Pls deactivate the service 57272 immediately. It is such a nuisance message.

I have also continiously receiving messages from this service.

Pls confirm deactivation and in future do not send such type of service related sms to my mobile number

Airtel Complaints - Missed call from Pakistan

I am getting missed calls (one ring only) from Pakistan numbers [protected] on 24/12/2009 at 12:13 PM and from [protected] on 21/12/2009 at 15:51 PM.

I searched on internet about this activity and found few interesting information in theb below links.
