Last month we changed our office to ashok nagar from valasaravakkam. And requested for the change of the connection to the respective address on 28th august 2009. They said that it will be done before 17th september but still they are not responding...

Before the last two months I got an sms which describes an offer that,
Daily 100 sms free only at Rs 1 daily.. That 1 rupee takes for the first sms we send... And also this is for life time... And also they gave a number to activate this offer.. And I called that number, again they said these all things in malayalam......

Airtel is making millions of money by deducting unnecessarily amount of money showing that user is using their service Airtel Live, if they actually not. Yes its true. Hi, I like to share my bad experience for using AIRTEL GPRS. On 6th september I subscribed Rs. 61 pack for gprs internet pack that offer 25 Mb free daily usage for one month. First day I have faced no problem. But when I access next time a few days later then it costs rs 143 though my total usage were near 24 Mb. I contacted the gprs related customer care executive. He admitted that the deduction was done wrongly. He promised to refund that...

My connection is still active in spite of my repeated requests to disconnect it. I requested to disconnect the service on Aug 17th 2009 once I was told that there is no possibility to transfer my connection to another place, when I was shifting house. I shifted from Sher-e-punjab (Andheri East) to Bhawani Nagar (Andheri East) , Mumbai.
