unknown and unnecessary money cutting on balance amount once in two days

I am a consistent customer of airtel prepaid service.I had 2 mobile numbers.one of my mobile number got frequent cutting on balance amount for example for every 2 days 4 to 5 rupees for unknown things some times unncessary message come from 3333 i had already told your custmer service that i don't want these joke messages don't send them but still you people are sending these type of messages again and again i too also not all reading...

Undue Harassment

I had a post paid connection no. [protected].

2 payments made through ECS does not reflect in the airtel a/c though the money has been debited from my account & payment found successful to airtel a/c no.[protected] for Rs 650/ dtd 24/3/08 & for Rs 500/ dtd 24/6/08.

Inpsite of timely payments my services were barred. Complaint was sent in the following chronological order :

Regarding Re Registration of Sim

Hi,
I bought an Airtel Prepaid SIM card with 3 years validity on 07/2007. Given Mobile No: [protected] SIM NO:[protected]. SL NO: A[protected]. I used it for 1-2 months, then didnt use. Now I tried to use that SIM in 11/2008. A unregistered SIM message is displayed and it is not working. Is it possible to Re-Register the SIM and use. If yes where should I go. Iam living in Thiruverkadu, Chennai, India....

CUG not created

I am Ashok, I have cug no [protected], and i want to create a group with my friends cug no [protected], [protected], At least 20 days i have been trying to create group. The problem is once i have create a group got the group password but automatically the group is break after 2 or 3 hrs ant i got the sms from customer that u have not created a group successfully pls contact customer care. i am trying to contact customer care atleast 25 times...

OUT GOING IS BLOCKED

EXCESS BILLED

I have been trying to get an issue of Excess Billed resolved with Airtel but no one seams to take any on the same and finally they have bared my Airtel Services due to non payment of bills but I have tried all the possible ways to convince them that I am ready to pay my bill but that needs to be corrected but everytime they promise me that someone will get in touch with me but that never happens.

rudely talking with customer

I nihar patel my mobile no. is [protected]. yesterday on 18th nov 2008 at 6:47 i contact reliance customer care for inquiry against RS 6 cut off from my balance, but representative of care has not given proper answer and also talking rudely. then also not giving his name and before time he end the call and we talk around 7:58 min.
so plz go through this complaint and take some action....

NON REMOVAL OF JOKES

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN,

Dear Sir,
My mobile no. is [protected] from 5th. of Nov, I spoke with customer care in 198 to remove jokes send by 5432101 and tethey gave me the no. 10502513, and said it shall stop on 7th nov.2008.
but it did not happen, and from 5/11 till date I have complained daily but jokes are still coming, 2nd complain no was on13/11/08 no. was[protected], but stiil no action, 3rd complain...

To,
Airtel Customer Care,

1) I have sent GPRSDEACT request to 511 on 17th Nov08 at 10.02 pm, but even on 18th Nov 08 morning 8.15 am service is still active as i enquired on phone with customer care(121).

2) On November 18th morning I had called customer care(121) at around 8.10 am (121) when my balance was 48.31 RS.After calling It has become 17.82RS.

I kindly request you to revert money...
