Handset Stolen-Nokia-3230

Dear Sir,
My mobile model no- Nokia-3230 IMEI no. [protected] has been stolen on 3rd june 2008 at 8:45 a.m. from my office. my bill no is SCLN6/2161 purchased from lajpat nagar hotspots.address K2-B, lajpat nagar -II, n.d.

Kindly inform me is there any procedure to get the mobile back or to damage the hand set so that no one can use it further.

I have just relocated to Bangalore from Chennai and since I have been holding a post paid from Airtel for the past two years, decided to approach Airtel in Bangalore for the same service.

Paying extra for old tariff plan - Bangalore

It is out of mere frustration that I am writing my woes here with Airtel broadband. So that people know that customer service is the worst here.

Its mentioned on their website if you want to escalate a complaint you can mail the nodal officer of your zone. This is the 3rd complaint to the nodal officer and there's been not even an acknowledgement from him. The worst a customer service can get.

Customer care executive are not able to solve any problems

radiation and DG set noise

Airtel has set up a mobile tower right behind my house. there were protests too. The company did not pay heed.The DG set starts running whenever there is a power failure - even in the middle of night. The sound is extremely irritating. Complaints have been made to relocate the tower and remove the DG set.

Stoppage of Discount facility

this is to inform you, I am using Airtel network(bharati telecom) since 2003. since 2004 I switched over to Post paid on the offer of family pack discount along with my two friends.
from that date till last month April 2008, the facility was continuing with appropriate dicount both on sms and calls
In the mean time talk a lot offer was given to me, while availing the same I ensured the family pack should not be disturbed....
